PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 产品描述

C-EP 336/936 is a liquid, hot cure, two component epoxy casting system. The cured system exhibit high mechanical, especially, high thermal shock resistance and high glass transition temperature. Application includes indoor medium and high voltage electrical insulating components, such as switch, encapsulation of large metal components with following advantages. C-EP 336/936是一种液态,热固化,双组分环氧树脂浇铸灌封系统。该产品固化后表现出高的抗机械冲击性能,特别的优点在于其高的抗热冲击性能和高的玻璃化转变温度。该产品的应用范围包括室内中高电压用的电绝缘组件的制造,如开关和一些大型金属零部件的密封等并具有以下优点。

POT LIFE 使用时间

Effective pot life is about 2 days at temperature 25 ºC. 25 ºC有效使用时间大约为2.

 

Automatic Pressure Gelation Process 自动压力凝胶工艺(APG)

  • Pre-heat mold at 130-160 °C 将模体预热到130-160 °C

  • Gel in mold for 20-40 minutes在模体中凝胶20-40分钟

  • Post cure 3 hrs @140 °C 140 °C下固化3小时 

     

    Conventional Gravity Casting Process Under Vacuum 常规重力真空浇注工艺

  • Pre-heat mold to 80- 100 °C 将模体预热到80-100°C

  • Fill mold under vacuum and gel for 5-8 hrs在真空下将浇注材料填入模体并凝胶5-8小时

  • Post cure 8 hrs@140°C 后固化8hrs@140°C

     

    SHELF LIFE保存方法

    Store at 15 - 25 ºC in a dry place. Hardener-936 is moisture sensitive, after each partial use, purge with dry nitrogen and tightly reseal.保存于15 - 25 ºC的干燥地方.Hardener-936 容易受潮,每次用完后应用干氮气清理干净并密封保存.
