PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 产品介绍
C-UV 9911 is one component, epoxy based, cationic curable adhesive. The material has medium viscosity and thixotropic. C-UV 9911 is used for encapsulation of IC chips as glob top with excellent temperature cycling performance. When cured, the material exhibits low shrinkage and excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates including glass, fibre reinforced composites, and other engineering plastics. C-UV 9911是一种单组分,环氧基阳离子固化胶粘剂,该材料具有中等粘度和触变性。C-UV 9911可用于IC芯片的球形封装并具有极佳的温度循环性能。该材料在固化后收缩率低并对大多数基质包括玻璃,纤维增强复合材料和其它工程塑料表现出优异的粘合性能。

DIRECTIONS FOR USE 使用指南
The adhesive can be hand applied from bottle, or dispensing systems are also available for high volume assembly applications. 该产品可手工从瓶中取出使用,对于大体积的装配生产可提供分散系统。
CURING TIME TABLE 固化进度表
The material cures when exposed to ultraviolet radiation and/or visible light with sufficient intensity. Recommended intensity for cure is 100 mW/ cm2 for 30 to 60 seconds. 在足够强度的紫外和(或)可见光辐照下该产品可固化。推荐固化光强度为100 mW/ cm2下30~60秒。
STORAGE INFORMATION 储存方法
Store at 5 °C in a dry, cool place and in sealed containers out of direct sunlight. 在5 °C下干燥,凉爽和密封保存,避免阳光的直接照射。
