PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 产品介绍

C-UV 4216 is basically dsigned for bonding rigid or flexible PVC to PC. It enable easy assembly of components with close assembling tolerance(i.e. joining PC to flexible PVC tubing). The product has shown excellent adhesion to a wide vriety of substrates including glass, PET, PMMA and most metals.  C-UV 4216是一种主要涉及用来粘结坚硬或柔韧PVC材料与PC材料。它具有的特性使得组建能够完整结合(例如PCPVC管材),该材料还对玻璃,PETPMMA等塑料和大多数金属都表现出良好的粘结性能

DIRECTIONS FOR USE 使用指南

The adhesive can be hand applied from bottle, or dispensing systems are also available for high volume assembly applications.  该产品可手工从瓶中取出使用,对于大体积的装配生产可提供分散系统。

 

Apply adhesive to one surface and assemble immediately.将该产品施加在一个部件的表面上后立即装配

 

Curing time table  固化进度表

The material cures when exposed to ultraviolet radiation and/or visible light with sufficient intensity. Recommended intensity for cure is 30-100 mW/ cm2 at 365 nm. It needs at least 80 seconds in30 mW/ cm2 at 365 nm. 在足够强度的紫外和(或)可见光辐照下该产品可固化。推荐固化光强度为30-100 mW/ cm2 at 365 nm30 mW/ cm2 at 365 nm 下至少固化80

 

STORAGE INFORMATION 储存方法

Store at 8 – 20 °C in a dry, cool place and in sealed containers out of direct sunlight. 8 – 20 °C下干燥,凉爽和密封保存,避免阳光的直接照射。
