PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 产品介绍

C-UV4111 is one component, epoxy based, cationic curable adhesive. The material cures when exposed to ultraviolet radiation. C-UV4111 is used to bond, seal  metal or glass components with high strength and chemical resistance. Temperature exposure can be up to 200 °C.  The cured material has very low ionic contents with low outgassing, which is well suitable for use in electronic encapsulating, such as cover glass bonding of CCD/CMOS area image packages. C-UV4111 是一种单组分,环氧基阳离子固化胶粘剂。该产品在紫外光照射下固化,用于粘接和密封金属或玻璃元件并具有高强度和耐化学腐蚀性。该产品可耐温达200 °C。固化后材料具有很低的阳离子组成和低的排气率,因此该C-UV 4111非常适合于电子封装,例如玻璃基板上的CCD/CMOS面元的封装。

The adhesive can be hand applied from bottle, or dispensing systems are also available for high volume assembly applications.  该产品可手工从瓶中取出使用,对于大体积的装配生产可提供分散系统。

CURING TIME TABLE  固化进度表

The material cures when exposed to ultraviolet radiation and/or visible light with sufficient intensity. Recommended intensity for cure is 100 mW/ cm2 at 365 nm.  在足够强度的紫外和(或)可见光辐照下该产品可固化。推荐固化光强度为100 mW/ cm2 at 365 nm

 

推荐紧随热固化至少100 - 120 °C x 30分钟

 

STORAGE INFORMATION 储存方法

Store at 8 – 22 °C in a dry, cool place and in sealed containers out of direct sunlight. 8 – 22 °C下干燥,凉爽和密封保存,避免阳光的直接照射。
