PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 产品介绍

C-UV463 is one component, high viscosity adhesive. The material cures when exposed to ultraviolet radiation, or with heat or activator as secondary curing. C-UV463 is used to bond, seal or coat metal and glass components with high resistance to vibration and impact forces. C-UV463一种单组分,高粘度粘接剂。它可在紫外线下固化,或者使用催化剂或热作为次级固化手段C-UV463可用来粘接,密封,覆盖金属和玻璃零部件并具有良好的耐震动和耐冲击性能。

The adhesive can be hand applied from bottle, or dispensing systems are also available for high volume assembly applications.  该产品可手工从瓶中取出使用,对于大体积的装配生产可提供分散系统。

CURING TIME TABLE  固化进度表

 

UV Cure

The material cures when exposed to ultraviolet radiation and/or visible light with sufficient intensity. Recommended intensity for cure is  40 mW/ cm2     at 365 nm with exposure time of 4 – 5 times the fixture time at the same intensity.  For dry curing of exposed surfaces, higher intensity UV is required, e.g.  100 mW/ cm2  minimum. 在足够强度的紫外和(或)可见光辐照下该产品可固化。推荐固化光强度为40 mW/ cm2 at 365 nm,所需时间为相同光强下初固时间的4-5。对于外露表面的干养护推荐使用更高强度的紫外光,如至少100 mW/ cm2

 

Heat Cure

This product may be cured at 120 °C x 30 minutes minimum. 该产品可在至少120 °C x 30分钟下固化。

 

Activator  Cure

This product may be cured by activator.  Apply activator to one surface, and adhesive to the other,  full cure can be reached after 72 hours. 该产品可在触媒剂下固化。施加触媒剂到一面上,粘接剂在另一面,72小时后可完全固化。

 

STORAGE INFORMATION 储存方法

Store at 8 – 20 °C in a dry, cool place and in sealed containers out of direct sunlight. 8 – 20 °C下干燥,凉爽和密封保存,避免阳光的直接照射。
